1.)      Inmates can tell quickly if you’ve never

been to prison before  - Brent was

blessed to find someone willing to help him adjust. You have a good chance to

find someone there from past who can help.

2)       Set goals/standards to fight being institutionalized and

sinking into a depression and giving up. Include your family or a person to

help hold you up.
